Deburring, Polishing, Jewellery and Metal Finishing Equipment

Finishing Techniques have been solving metal small parts and jewellery finishing problems for more than 25 years. Changing to automatic polishing and deburring reduces costs for manufacturers of a diverse range of products, from pen nibs to precision engineered micro-mechanical parts, jewellery and parts complicated cross drilled holes. There are also machines for in cell manufacturing, removing the need for batching and further speeding production.
The company also supplies a full range of wax injection casting and laser engraving and welding systems. Equipment to clean up and recycle waste from industrial finishing processes is also available.
Finishing Techniques operate their own laboratory where customers samples can be processed, to find the best machine, the right compound and media, together with the fastest process times to produce the quality finish for a specific product. The lab also provides a full subcontract service.
