Crown Telecom Launch Recession Busting Telecoms Packages

Beleaguered bosses can take some comfort from an initiative by Crown Telecom Solutions who has launched a range of all-in fixed price telecom packages. The entry level package, starting at under £200 per month, includes system supply and installation, maintenance, phones, three lines, land and mobile call charges, fast broadband and two dedicated telemarketing (0800/0844) numbers.

“As far as I know, no one else offers such a comprehensive package,” explained Crown Telecom managing director Mark Nicklin. “We haven’t cut corners either; even the starter package has four phones and is based on a top quality Toshiba Cix 40 telephone system. This comes with Grade-A lines and 24Mb broadband.”

Crown anticipates that the entry level bundle will appeal to small businesses, re-locators and business start-ups. A more advanced package with eight phones is even better value for growing businesses. The company can also put together bespoke packages for SME’s under the same all-in single monthly payment plan.

Mark Nicklin added, “There is great interest from both owner managers of small businesses and from IT and financial directors of larger companies. With inflation and cash flow being key issues, many businesses are keen to avoid front end capital costs of new systems and the uncertainty of future price rises. This way, they get up-to-date communication systems and freeze costs for the next three years.”

Crown Telecom Solutions is part of the Bury based Crown Group which also includes Crown Oil and Crown Energy. Other services provided by the group include road and heating fuel, lubricants, electricity and gas supplies and project managed multi-utility installation (water, gas, electricity and telecoms).
